Damaged Items
If your item arrives damaged:

Exchanges
We currently offer exchanges only for damaged items.
Returns
Because many of our products are printed or produced specifically for each order, we do not accept returns for:
Buyer's remorse
Incorrect size ordered by the customer
Change of mind
Signed Books
Signed books are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged unless they arrive damaged.
Incorrect Shipping Address
Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information.
We are not responsible for delays or delivery issues resulting from incorrect addresses provided during checkout.
